Hi, I’m Oscar Maria.
Sunday-Swing is a project I started in the Spring of 2012. Its goal is to help you discover great music, with an emphasis on Electro-Swing, and yet it isn’t exclusively an Electro-Swing blog. All content is, as mentioned on the disclaimer page, meant to promote the artists featured.

I am a DJ, blogger, and beginning to produce some of my own tracks. Spare time is a rare commodity these days but progress is slow and steady. You’ll see some of my own work here, when it’s ready, but trust that I don’t want to serve anything half-baked.

At the moment I am based in Augsburg, Germany but will be moving to Montreal, Canada in the fall of 2012.

I’m currently a resident at Global Boogalo, a monthly event that takes place at Kreuzweise in Augsburg. I am also a regular at Jane Charlottes Swing Parties.

My introduction to the genre of Electro-Swing came around two years ago with the discovery of Mr. Scruff’s “Get a Move On” (which is still one of my very favourite tunes that I will drop at any possible chance).
